Responsibilities

1. Coordinate with customers regarding inbound, storage, and outbound operations to ensure accurate and efficient warehouse execution.
2. Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to ensure smooth receiving, inventory management, and delivery processes in accordance with customer requirements.
3. Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, responding to inquiries, addressing operational issues, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
4. Prepare inventory reports, operational reports, and other relevant documentation for customers and management on a timely basis.
5. Support billing processes by compiling warehouse service charges, verifying operational data, and preparing documentation for invoice issuance.
6. Ensure all activities are carried out in compliance with company procedures, operational standards, and departmental KPIs.
7. Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned by the supervisor.

Qualifications

1. Bachelor's degree in Logistics or a related field.
2. Knowledge of warehouse operations, logistics, inventory management, or supply chain processes. (will be given special consideration)
3. Chinese language proficiency at HSK Level 4 or above.
4. Strong customer service, communication, and coordination skills.
5. Ability to work effectively under pressure and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
6. Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel (Vlookup, Pivot)
