Responsibilities
- Promote and sell the companys products and services to both new and existing customers.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure long-term business growth.
- Conduct market research and identify new sales opportunities.
- Prepare and deliver sales presentations, proposals, and quotations.
- Negotiate and close sales deals to achieve targets.
- Coordinate with the marketing team to develop promotional activities and campaigns.
- Maintain accurate sales records and prepare regular sales reports.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proficiency in Mandarin Chinese (HSK Level 4-5) is required.
- Minimum 1-2 years of sales experience; experience in selling machinery or construction equipment is an advantage.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated, target-oriented, and able to work independently.
- Possess a valid driver's license and own a personal car.
