Brand & Marketing Manager – Agricultural Products & Fertilizer - บริษัท จัดหางาน เจมิไน เพอร์ซันเนล จำกัด

·        Conduct in-depth market research and analysis to understand crop-specific needs, farmer behavior, market trends, and competitive dynamics in targeted areas.

·        Analyze consumer and farmer insights to support strategic business and marketing decisions.

·        Develop marketing strategies, pricing policies, and market development plans to achieve targeted market share and business growth.

·        Lead rebranding initiatives and develop integrated communication strategies to strengthen brand awareness, brand positioning, and market perception.

·        Develop marketing initiatives to drive sales volume, revenue, and overall brand performance.

·        Study and optimize product placement, merchandising, and sales formats within distributor and dealer networks.

·        Monitor and analyze brand and crop performance against marketing plans, targets, and budgets.

·        Plan and execute sales promotions, trade marketing, and distribution activities, ensuring A&P expenses remain within the approved annual budget.

·        Prepare market analysis, management reports, and strategic presentations to support business planning and decision-making.

·        Collaborate with sales, product, distribution, and other relevant teams to ensure effective execution of marketing strategies.

·        Support and implement the company's quality management system and related processes.

·        Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, International Business, Strategic Management, Economics, Soil Science, Field Crops, or a related field.

·        Minimum 3 years of experience in consumer marketing, brand management, product management, or a related field.

·        Experience in fertilizer, agricultural products, agricultural supplements, or related industries will be a strong advantage.

·        Proven experience in market research, consumer behavior analysis, brand strategy, and developing marketing strategies based on market insights.

·        Candidates with knowledge of agriculture, soil and plant nutrients, plant production physiology, fertilizer application, or soil/fertilizer research will receive special consideration.

·        Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills, particularly in interpreting market data and consumer/farmer insights.

·        Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.

·        Strong ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams.

·        Proactive, commercially minded, and results-oriented, with a strong passion for driving market growth and brand success.
