Responsibilities
- Conduct training needs analysis (TNA) by coordinating with each department to identify training and development requirements.
- Prepare and develop the annual training plan in collaboration with managers and relevant stakeholders.
- Source, evaluate, and coordinate with external training providers, training courses, and training institutions.
- Organize and implement training programs in accordance with the approved annual training plan.
- Coordinate logistics, documentation, and evaluation for training activities, including attendance records and training effectiveness.
- Manage and conduct orientation programs for new employees.
- Follow up and monitor probation period evaluations by coordinating with supervisors and relevant departments.
- Support and assist in managing employee welfare and benefits, such as uniforms, equipment, staff activities, and related welfare programs.
- Support recruitment and selection activities as assigned.
- Coordinate and support annual company activities, such as company seminars, New Year parties, and company outings.
- Prepare training- and HR-related reports, including monthly and annual summaries.
- Maintain and update employee records, training history, and HR documentation accurately.
- Perform other HR-related duties as assigned by the supervisor.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, Education, or a related field.
- Age between 21 – 28 years old.
- Fresh graduates are welcome.
- Experience or internship in Training & Development or HR will be an advantage.
- Basic knowledge of HR processes, training coordination, and probation evaluation.
- Good communication, coordination, and interpersonal skills.
- Able to work collaboratively with different departments.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Detail-oriented, well-organized, and able to manage multiple tasks.
- Responsible, proactive, and willing to learn.
- Able to maintain confidentiality of employee and company information.
