Responsibilities
- วิเคราะห์และแก้ไขปัญหาทางเทคนิคของอุปกรณ์การแพทย์เชิงลึก
- ประสานงานและติดตามการแก้ไขปัญหาผลิตภัณฑ์กับซัพพลายเออร์ต่างประเทศ
- สนับสนุนทีมช่างบริการในการซ่อมและบำรุงรักษาอุปกรณ์การแพทย์
- ติดตามการเคลมและการจัดการอะไหล่ รวมถึงการรับอะไหล่เข้าระบบ
- จัดทำรายงานปัญหาทางเทคนิค และติดตามผลการแก้ไขอย่างเป็นระบบ
- ร่วมพัฒนาและปรับปรุงกระบวนการทำงานของฝ่ายบริการหลังการขาย
- ประสานงานกับฝ่ายที่เกี่ยวข้อง เช่น ฝ่ายขาย คลังสินค้า และฝ่ายจัดซื้อ
Qualifications
- เพศชาย อายุ 21 -27 ปี
- วุฒิปริญญาตรี สาขาวิศวกรรมศาสตร์ (Electrical, Electronics, Mechanical) หรือสาขาที่เกี่ยวข้อง
- ยินดีรับนักศึกษาจบใหม่
- สามารถสื่อสารภาษาอังกฤษได้ดี
- มีทักษะการวิเคราะห์ปัญหาทางเทคนิค และการแก้ไขปัญหาอย่างเป็นระบบ
- มีทักษะการประสานงาน ทำงานเป็นทีม และมีความรับผิดชอบ
- มีทักษะในการสื่อสารที่ดี
