Responsibilities
• Develop sales strategies and set sales targets in alignment with company policies and objectives.
• Manage, control, and monitor the sales team to achieve assigned sales targets.
• Maintain key accounts and continuously expand the customer base.
• Negotiate sales terms, pricing, and commercial contracts with customers.
• Oversee the entire sales process from lead generation, quotation, and negotiation to deal closing and after-sales support.
• Coordinate with Production, Purchasing, and other relevant departments to ensure timely and accurate delivery according to agreements.
• Analyze sales performance, market trends, and issues, and propose improvement plans.
• Prepare sales reports and performance summaries for presentation to management.
• Train, develop, and evaluate the performance of the sales team.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.
Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Marketing, Business Administration, or related fields.
• Age 30 years or above, or consideration based on relevant experience and capabilities.
• Proven experience in sales management, team leadership, and sales target achievement.
• Strong knowledge of the sales process, including lead generation, quotation, negotiation, closing, and after-sales service.
• Knowledge of sales planning, sales forecasting, and market analysis.
• Understanding of pricing, cost, profit margin, and commercial terms.
• Experience in Key Account Management.
• Knowledge of sales documentation such as quotations, contracts, and sales reports.
• Strong skills in sales planning, target management, negotiation, and closing techniques.
• Leadership skills with the ability to motivate, coach, and develop sales teams.
• Ability to work effectively under pressure to meet sales targets.
• Excellent communication, coordination, and analytical skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and/or CRM systems.
