Responsibilities

Business Development:

1. To do prospecting for direct customers and build dealer network.

2. Convert prospects into sales opportunities by making winning proposal.

3. To follow KPIs and hit target set by the management.

4. Collect market intelligence on competitors product and services. 

5. To ensure prompt collection of payment.

6. To maintain existing customers and ensure below 10% of attrition rate yearly.


Build the Right Team:

1. Build, lead and manage a highly competent and motivated sales team.

2. Ensure all staffs are fully equipped with adequate product and sales knowledge.

Qualifications

Candidate must possess right working attitude, independent, humble and strong will to success.


• Candidate with good English communication skills.

• At least 3 to 5 year(s) of working experience in the related field.

• Preferably Manager / Senior Executives specializing in Sales/Business Development or equivalent.

• Experience & contacts in F&B, retails, hospitals, wellness and spa will be advantage.

• Outgoing, pleasant, self-driven, hardworking & good at networking with people at middle to top management level.

• Computer literate.
