Responsibilities
- จัดทำและออกแบบมาตรฐานการทำงาน สำหรับ Dealer (ทุกตำแหน่ง) และมีส่วนร่วมในการพัฒนามาตรฐานการทำงานของ Dealer
- รับผิดชอบให้บริการ คำแนะนำการทำงานตามขบวนการทำงานให้ได้มาตรฐานและนโยบายของบริษัท
- รับผิดชอบการตรวจสอบ(Audit) กระบวนการทำงานของDealer ให้เป็นไปตามมาตรฐานและนโยบายของบริษัท
- รวบรวมข้อมูลการตรวจสอบ(Audit) และสรุปเป็นรายงานให้กับผู้บริหารและหน่วยงานภายในที่เกี่ยวข้อง
- รับผิดชอบการออกแบบขั้นตอนการทำงานของ Service Center ภาพรวมให้มีประสิทธิภาพ
- รับผิดชอบตรวจสอบกระบวนการทำงานทั้งภายในและภายนอก (Internal & External Audit)
- สรุปและวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลในด้านกระบวนการทำงานและผลิตภัณฑ์ เพื่อให้ได้ซึ่ง solution ใช้ในพัฒนาการทำงานหลังการขาย
- ควบคุมคุณภาพขั้นตอนการทำงาน และปรับปรุงกระบวนการทำงาน และรับมือกับข้อร้องเรียนหรือปัญหาจากลูกค้า
- จัดทำรายงานผลการดำเนินงานเพื่อนำเสนอผู้บริหาร พร้อมทั้งสามารถใช้ข้อมูลลูกค้าเพื่อปรับปรุงการบริการ
- ประสานงาน ทำงานร่วมกับฝ่ายขาย การตลาด และหน่วยงานอที่เกี่ยวข้อง เพื่อให้บริการลูกค้าเป็นไปอย่างราบรื่น
- สร้างความพึงพอใจให้กับลูกค้าผ่านการบริการที่มีคุณภาพ
- ติดตามผลการทำงานของทีม ให้เป็นไปตามแผนที่วางไว้
- รับผิดชอบการสอนกระบวนการทำงาน พร้อมพัฒนาให้กับทีมงาน
Qualifications
- ปริญญาตรี บริหารธุรกิจ สาขาการจัดการหรือสาขาที่เกี่ยวข้องกับงาน
- ประสบการณ์ด้านในงานอย่างน้อย 2-4 ปี
- สามารถเดินทางต่างจังหวัดได้
