Responsibilities
- Create customer visit reports in the system
- Provide advice and offer services to both new and existing customers.
- Follow up on existing customer base to maintain sales and follow up on service provision.
- Follow up on customer service satisfaction assessments
- Improve and improve the service to the utmost satisfaction.
- Coordinate with relevant parties
Qualifications
- Male/Female
- Age not less than 22 years
- Educational qualification: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Logistics, International Business Administration, General Management, Marketing, or related business administration.
- Knowledge and understanding of logistics management for chemicals will be given special consideration.
- Those with experience working in logistics will be given special consideration.
