Responsibilities
- Provide consultations and offer services to both new and existing clients.
- Propose services and prepare quotations based on overseas partners' requirements, utilizing the company's internal database or negotiating rates directly with service providers.
- Liaise with domestic and international air freight agents and partners to source competitive costs for customer quotations, and record the data in the company's reference database.
- Draft detailed scopes of work for the services requested by clients, and hand them over to the Customer Service team for further execution.
- Provide operational guidance and coordinate seamlessly among air freight agents, partner companies, and internal staff.
- Source and evaluate new air freight agents or partners to provide alternative service options for clients.
- Process new customer onboarding upon service confirmation by completing new client forms, securing payment term approvals, submitting details to the Accounting department for system entry, and coordinating the account handover to the Customer Care team.
- Perform other related duties as assigned by the supervisor.
Qualifications
- Gender: Male / Female
- Age: 22 years old and above
- Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Logistics, International Business, General Management, Marketing, or other related business fields.
- Knowledge and understanding of chemical logistics management will be an added advantage.
- Prior work experience in the logistics industry will be specially considered.
- Proactive, creative, decisive, a strong team player, and able to work well under pressure.
- Strong commitment to service quality and highly dedicated to achieving organizational success.
- Good command of English (Speaking, Listening, Reading, and Writing). Proficiency in additional languages, such as Japanese or Chinese, will be highly advantageous.
