Responsibilities
- Design, Installation, configuration, maintenance and operation;
- Support and troubleshooting customers’ system;
- Ensuring that the project can deliver on the customer’s requirements;
- Co-work with Presale and Sales to assist a POC; and
- Any other ad-hoc duties assigned.
Qualifications
Degree in IT Networking or equivalent
0 - 5 years of work experience in a SI or distributor environment with network and security skillset
Good IT knowledge in OSI 7 Layer, TCP/IP, LAN/WAN technologies
Ability to work under pressure and positive working attitude and a good team player
Willing to work after office hours and weekend when needed
Able to self-Learning, training products to achieve certifications
Experience with network and security solution such as Firewall, Router, Switch, Load balancer will be an added advantage
