Responsibilities
- Prepare and analyze annual budgets and financial forecasts
- Monitor and compare financial performance against budget, providing variance analysis
- Develop and refine financial models to support business decision-making
- Prepare financial reports and data for management presentation
- Coordinate with various departments on data collection and budget planning
- Support internal and external audit processes
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Accounting
- 3-5 years of experience in financial planning and analysis
- Understanding of accounting principles and budgeting processes
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to present complex data clearly
- Effective communication and collaboration skills
- Previous experience in audit is a plus.
