Responsibilities
- Process and input invoices into the SAP system, ensuring accuracy, printing documents for verification, and distributing original and copied tax invoices to relevant parties.
- Prepare payment vouchers (Authority's Transfer) specifically for the Marine Department.
- Generate various payment vouchers, including cheques, transfers, and withholding tax certificates, for vendors and send them to concerned parties.
- Compile expense reports to compare actual expenditures against budget allocations.
- Enhance the ONE brand image and all internal/external communications, while increasing workplace engagement through daily visits to the Workplace platform.
- Prepare and reconcile the Input VAT Report for ONE TH for submission to the Revenue Department.
- Accrue and reverse monthly corporate expenses for ONE TH within the SAP system.
- Ensure strict adherence to ONE's compliance policies, particularly regarding IT Security.
- Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned by superiors.
Qualifications
- Age 22-27 years
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting
- Have experience 0-3 years related field.
- Computer literacy (Google tools)
- Able to work under pressure.
- Good command in English
- Have interpersonal and analytical thinking skills
- Good communication skills
- Basic knowledge in taxation
- Result-oriented mindset
