Responsibilities

1. Respond all queries via chat, email, or phone.

2. Provide technical assistance for questions and problems (Tier 1 support)

3. Resolve the problems with computer systems and applications.

4. Install and configure computer hardware, software, systems and applications

5. Monitor and maintain computer systems and network

6. Handle set up new users' accounts and profiles and deal with password issues

7. Maintenance and repairs computer hardware at all levels

8. Manage stocks of equipment, consumables and other supplies

9. Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed

10. Ad-hoc task assignment from superior

Qualifications

Education and Experience:

Currently studying for a Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or related field.

Required Skills/Abilities:

Network

1. Follow network diagrams and the instructions to analyze fault or escalate the issue to the appropriate IT level.Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills.

2. System, network, and other IT accounts are well monitored and prepare log summary in a timely manner.

3. Monitor and provide summary report of network incident by weekly / monthly with cause and resolution.

IT support and documentation

1. Improve cybersecurity skill and provide learning material to enhance internal users skill.

2 Assist in inspecting and maintaining computers to ensure they are always ready for use.

3 Provide support, including procedural documentation and relevant reports.

4. Shadow and monitor IT support daily incident which follow the IT support methodology to delivery resolution and processes based on SLA procedure.

5. Learning Google Sheets at a basic level for data recording, verification, and performance reporting to enhance analyze reporting skill.

6. Learning AI tools and provide GWS material training and being coordinator for BPIT training sessions.

In April 2017, 'K' Line, MOL and NYK, started services as "THE Alliance" with other major shipping companies.

Ocean Network Express will continue to provide services as an alliance member.

In addition to this alliance, we are continuing to further strengthen our services to Asia, Latin America and Africa regions.

We will further expand the number of ports in the future to Asia, North America, Europe, the Mediterranean Sea and the Middle East, also planning to expand our direct service to perform a wide service coverage.
