• Manage and supervise all operations in the microbiology laboratory to ensure compliance with GMP, ISO, and regulatory standards.
• Oversee microbiological testing, environmental monitoring, and validation to support product quality and safety.
• Plan, control, and monitor quality testing processes, ensuring accuracy, reliability, and timely reporting.
• Develop and improve laboratory procedures (SOPs) and ensure staff are well-trained and compliant.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams (QA, Production, R&D) to resolve quality-related issues and support continuous improvement.
• Manage laboratory resources, equipment maintenance, and departmental budget effectively.
• Analyze test data and prepare reports to support decision-making.

• Bachelor’s degree in Microbiology, Biology, or a related field.

• Minimum of 5 years’ experience in microbiology laboratory operations.

• Hands-on experience with laboratory equipment and analytical methods.
• Proficiency in using electronic devices and Microsoft Office applications.

• Good command of English communication skills (both written and spoken).

• At least 3 years’ experience in Quality Assurance, including physical and microbiological testing, and instrumental analysis in quality control/assurance processes.จบปริญญาตรี สาขา เคมี ,เคมีอุตสาหการ
