- Develop and execute brand and marketing strategies to support business growth and expansion.
- Analyze market trends, consumer insights, and competitors to identify opportunities and challenges.
- Plan and manage integrated marketing campaigns across digital, social media, in-store, and activation channels.
- Support both online and offline sales initiatives to drive brand awareness and revenue.
- Coordinate with internal teams (Sales, Trade Marketing, Demand Planning, NPD) and external partners to ensure effective execution.
- Track and evaluate campaign performance to optimize future marketing plans.Develop marketing and brand management strategies and business plan to support growth and expansion
- Bachelor's or master's degree in marketing or a related field is required.
- Minimum of 2 years experience in cosmetics, design materials, or a related field in the cosmetics retail industries.
