Responsibilities
• Lead the development and improvement of skincare products to meet customer and market needs.
• Develop new formulations and recommend suitable raw materials for product applications.
• Improve formulation and mixing processes to ensure product quality and production efficiency.
• Coordinate with Production, QA, and Sales teams for successful product development and launch.
• Troubleshoot product issues and implement corrective and preventive solutions.
• Present technical product information and support customer requirements.
Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in Cosmetic Science, Chemistry, Pharmaceutical Sciences, or related field.
• Experience in skincare or cosmetic product development.
• Strong knowledge of skincare formulations and cosmetic raw materials.
• Good problem-solving, communication, and project management skills.
• Good command of English.
