Responsibilities
1. Design the production process for the Motor department, Machinery, Die, Jig, and Fixture to support new product development.
2. Improve and enhance the production process efficiency in the Motor department.
3. Support and participate in reducing and controlling waste and production costs in the Motor department.
4. Project and cost management for new products and production process improvement.
5. Test new molds, new machinery, and prototype workpieces.
Qualifications
1. Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or any related fields.
2. At least 0-3 years of work experience in industrial factory.
3. Have knowledge in industrial technology or manufacturing technology.
4. Have knowledge in CNC machining and Lathe.
5. Have knowledge in reading and writing technical drawing.
6. Proficient in using computers especially, Microsoft Office and AutoCAD.
7. High level of responsibility and a positive attitude.
8. Strong leadership skills, creativity, and the ability to work well under pressure.
