Responsibilities
1. Plan, improve, and organize warehouse operations to ensure systematic and efficient management.
2. Analyze warehouse operational processes and provide recommendations to enhance efficiency.
3. Report project progress, monitor performance, and control timelines, budgets, and project scope in accordance with the plan.
4. Design and develop warehouse layout structures to maximize space utilization and support future operations.
5. Prepare, develop, and ensure compliance with Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for receiving, storage, and shipping processes.
6. Conduct regular inspections and performance evaluations of warehouse operations to identify opportunities for process improvement.
7. Oversee and coordinate maintenance and repair of equipment, tools, and systems within the warehouse to ensure continuous operations.
8. Ensure warehouse safety and compliance with relevant laws and standards.
Qualifications
1. Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Production Engineering, Logistics Engineering, or other related fields.
2. At least 0–3 years of experience in warehouse or logistics operations.
3. Knowledge of warehouse management, layout design, and process improvement.
4. Proficient in MS Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP), AutoCAD, or other layout/design software.
5. Strong data analysis and problem-solving skills.
6. Ability to work effectively as part of a team and coordinate well with cross-functional departments.
7. Fresh graduated are welcome.
