Responsibilities
- Study and master all product offerings from basic features to advanced technical specifications, including product usage, unique selling points (USPs), and competitive advantages.
- Plan, organize, and manage product training sessions for Sales, Marketing, and relevant departments nationwide, utilizing both On-site and Online platforms.
- Design and create high-quality training tools and instructional media, including presentation slides, product manuals, catalogs, training videos, and reference guides.
- Act as the lead trainer and facilitator during sessions, demonstrating product usage, explaining technical concepts in an easy-to-understand manner, and addressing participants' questions.
- Collaborated closely with the Product Management team to receive regular updates on new product launches, new models, and technical specification changes to keep training content up to date.
- Provide expert product advice and answer technical inquiries from the sales team to help them effectively pitch and present products to customers.
- Partner with the Marketing team to co-create product content for promotional purposes, such as product review videos, demonstrations, and online content.
- Gather post-training feedback, evaluate training effectiveness, and prepare summary reports for management to continuously improve future training initiatives.
- Assist in developing and structuring a systematic curriculum that simplifies complex technical knowledge into digestible training modules.
- Handle other assigned tasks related to product training and knowledge development within the organization.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Industrial Education, Engineering, Industrial Technology, or a related field.
- Proven experience in Product Training, Technical Training, or a Trainer role. Background or direct experience dealing with industrial products, air compressors, power tools, or hand tools is highly preferred.
- Exceptional communication, public speaking, and presentation skills, with a passion for teaching and the ability to explain complex technical concepts clearly.
- A strong interest in industrial tools, hardware machinery, mechanical equipment, and new technologies.
- Proficient in standard tools for creating training content, including MS Office (PowerPoint, Word, Excel) and Canva. Basic video editing skills are a plus.
- Ability to travel occasionally to conduct on-site training and support PC teams across different regions.
