• Job Summary
       We are looking for an International Purchasing Officer to manage global sourcing, sales data analysis, and the end-to-end import process. The ideal candidate must be strong in negotiation, fluent in English, and experienced in customs regulations.
• Key Responsibilities
  Procurement Planning: Analyze sales data to forecast and plan international purchasing cycles.
  Sourcing & Supplier Selection: Source global vendors, evaluate performance, and audit suppliers.
  Cost Negotiation: Negotiate prices and terms with overseas suppliers to minimize costs.
  Logistics & Shipment Tracking: Coordinate purchasing, monitor delivery status, and track shipments.
  Import & Customs Management: Handle import documentation and coordinate customs clearance procedures.
  Claim Management: Resolve purchasing disputes, quality issues, and manage supplier claims.

• Age & Education: 24 – 40 years old with a Bachelor’s degree in Business, Logistics, International Trade, or related fields.
• Experience: Minimum 1 years in international purchasing or procurement.
• Skills: Strong knowledge of import-export, Incoterms, and data analysis software (e.g., advanced Excel).
• Language: Excellent English skills (Speaking/Reading/Writing). Interview will be in English.
• Soft Skills: Outstanding negotiation, communication, and problem-solving skills.
