Responsibilities
- Develop and improve products in line with business and customer requirements.
- Conduct product trials, testing, and data analysis.
- Prepare technical reports and present development results.
- Coordinate with Production, Sales, Supply Chain, and external suppliers.
- Perform competitor benchmarking and market research.
- Support cost reduction and process improvement initiatives.
- Ensure products meet quality, safety, and production requirements.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Science, or a related field.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Good communication and teamwork abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Experience in R&D, Product Development, or Manufacturing environments.
- Knowledge of Quality Systems, GMP, ISO, Lean, or Six Sigma.
- Ability to read and understand technical documents in English.
