- Preferred age 30-35
- Bachelor Degree in Human resource or Business Administration or related filed
- Min. 5 years working in Training & Development, Human Resources Development or Organization development, Employee engagement especially HRD tools with manufacturing environment.
- Hands-on experiences with proven record of HR tools/technique, working with cross functional team, able to lead meeting/discussion/training….
- Good planning & organizing, Labor laws knowledge and other Government standards.
- Mature, Agility with good interpersonal communication, Presentation skills and negotiation skills,
- Integrity, Positive mindset with Learning attitude, good team player
- Computer literacy: MS offices (power BI, excel, ppt, word) and have basic English communication both speaking/writing
- Able to start in September 2024 is an advantage.
