Responsibilities
Audit Strategy & Planning: Develop and execute an annual risk-based audit plan that aligns with the company’s strategic goals and regulatory requirements (SEC/SET standards).
Risk Management: Identify and assess key operational, financial, and compliance risks. Proactively recommend improvements to the internal control framework.
Leadership & Governance: Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing audit team. Ensure all activities comply with the International Standards for the Professional Practice of Internal Auditing (IPPF).
Stakeholder Management: Act as the primary liaison for the Audit Committee. Present quarterly reports on audit findings, internal control weaknesses, and the progress of corrective actions.
Operational Excellence: Oversee complex audits across various business units, ensuring efficiency, integrity, and transparency in all financial and operational processes.
Fraud & Investigations: Lead or oversee independent investigations into potential fraud, whistleblowing reports, or ethics violations.
Advisory: Provide consultation on new business initiatives, system implementations (ERP), and process re-engineering to ensure controls are "built-in" from the start.
Qualifications
Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
Experience: Minimum of 10–15 years of experience in Internal Audit, with at least 5 years in a leadership role within a Public Limited Company (PLC) or a large corporation.
Professional Certifications: CIA (Certified Internal Auditor) is highly preferred.
Technical Skills: Deep understanding of COSO framework, IFRS, and local regulatory requirements. Proficiency in using data analytics tools (e.g., ACL, IDEA, or Tableau) for audit testing is an advantage.
Soft Skills: Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills. Ability to influence senior stakeholders and maintain strict independence and objectivity.
Language: Native-level fluency in Thai and professional proficiency in English.

Loxley Public Company Limited has operated its business for over 87 years. It was founded on 15 January 1939 under the name Loxley Rice Company (Bangkok) Limited. Initially, the Company's main activities were exports of agricultural products of Thailand, including rice and timbers
