Responsibilities
ขอบเขตงาน (Job Scope)
- รับผิดชอบประสานงานด้านการจำหน่ายรถยนต์ของบริษัท ครอบคลุมทั้งการขาย ให้คำแนะนำปรึกษาเกี่ยวกับข้อมูลรถยนต์ เงื่อนไขการซื้อ รวมถึงการให้บริการลูกค้า และ การติดต่อประสานงานภายในองค์กร
รายละเอียดงาน (Job Description)
- ให้ความช่วยเหลือลูกค้าในการเลือกซื้อรถยนต์นิสสัน ให้ข้อมูลผลิตภัณฑ์และคำแนะนำในการซื้อ
- ดำเนินการทดลองขับและปิดการขาย
- ค้นหาลูกค้าใหม่ผ่านกิจกรรมการตลาดที่ทางโชว์รูมหรือบริษัทนิสสันจัดขึ้น
- ดูแลความสัมพันธ์กับลูกค้าตั้งแต่เริ่มต้นจนหลังส่งมอบรถ
- บรรลุเป้าหมายยอดขายรายเดือน
- สร้างความพึงพอใจสูงสุดให้กับลูกค้าตลอดกระบวนการซื้อ
- ถ่ายทอดแนวทางการขายที่ดีให้กับที่ปรึกษาการขายคนอื่น
- จัดการเอกสารและขั้นตอนตามที่นิสสันกำหนด ภายใต้เงื่อนไขของบริษัท
Qualifications
คุณสมบัติ
- วุฒิ ปวส หรือ ปริญญาตรี
- มีประสบการณ์งานขายธุรกิจรถยนต์ หรือ ธุรกิจอื่นๆ ที่เกี่ยวข้อง
- มีทักษะในการสื่อสาร การเจรจาต่อรอง, มนุษยสัมพันธ์และการบริการลูกค้า
- มีใจรักในงานขาย สนใจรถยนต์และเทคโนโลยี
- มีเป้าหมายในการทำงานและมีแรงจูงใจในตัวเอง บุคลิกภาพดี
- สามารถทำงานวันหยุดสุดสัปดาห์และมีเวลาทำงานที่ยืดหยุ่น
- มีใบขับขี่รถยนต์และมีรถส่วนตัว
