Responsibilities
- วิเคราะห์ปัญหาและวินิจฉัยอาการเสียของรถยนต์ โดยใช้เครื่องมือวิเคราะห์ปัญหา (Diagnostic tools)
- ดำเนินการซ่อมและแก้ไขปัญหาทางด้านเทคนิคของรถยนต์
- ให้คำแนะนำด้านเทคนิคให้กับเจ้าหน้าที่เทคนิคในศูนย์บริการรถยนต์
- อธิบายงานซ่อมแก่ศูนย์บริการ ลูกค้าหรือหน่วยงานราชการที่เกี่ยวข้อง
- สนับสนุนงานซ่อมที่หน้างานแก่ศูนย์บริการ
ทักษะทั่วไปที่ต้องการ
- สามารถสื่อสารกับเพื่อนร่วมทีม ศูนย์บริการ และมีการทำงานเป็นทีม
- สามารถใช้เครื่องมือวัดและเครื่องมือวิเคราะห์ต่างๆ ได้อย่างชำนาญ
- สามารถทำรายงานและนำเสนอรายงานต่อหัวหน้างานได้
- สามารถอธิบายผลการตรจสอบปัญหาให้กับส่วนงานที่เกี่ยวข้องได้
ทักษะเกี่ยวกับงานที่ต้องการ
- มีความรู้เชิงลึกเกี่ยวกับระบบเครื่องยนต์ ระบบไฟฟ้า และระบบอิเล็กทรอนิกส์ของรถยนต์
- มีความสามารถในการวิเคราะห์ปัญหา การหาสาเหตุของปัญหาและแนวทางการแก้ไข สำหรับงานซ่อมที่มีความสลับซับซ้อนได้
- มีความรู้เกี่ยวกับมาตรฐานความปลอดภัย โดยเฉพาะงานที่เกี่ยวข้องกับไฟฟ้าแรงสูงของรถยนต์ไฟฟ้าหรือไฮบริด (EV/HEV)
Qualifications
- วุฒิการศึกษาระดับ ปวช. / ปวส. / ปริญญาตรี สาขายานยนต์ หรือสาขาที่เกี่ยวข้อง
- มีประสบการณ์งานซ่อมและวิเคราะห์รถยนต์ หรือผ่านการอบรมความรู้ด้านเทคนิคของรถยนต์นิสสัน (จะพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ)สามารถเดินทางไปปฎิบัติงานต่างจังหวัดได้
- สามารถใช้คอมพิวเตอร์พื้นฐาน และสามารถใช้โปรแกรมต่างๆได้เช่น MS Office (Excel, Word, Powerpoint) Outlook เป็นต้น
- เข้าใจระบบการทำงานของศูนย์บริการรถยนต์และสามาถเข้าใจภาษาอังกฤษได้ (จะพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ
