Responsibilities
- Supporting the board and the risk committee in The Enterprise risk management (ERM) implementation; establish, review, and approval of the ERM framework, policy, and procedure.
- Engaging in the process of setting risk appetite, risk tolerance, risk identification, and risk measures for the various business lines and monitoring their performance relative to risk-taking and limit adherence.
- Monitoring of risk register, risk-taking activities and risk exposures to ensure they are in line with the risk management policy and/or strategy.
- Reporting the risk management performance to senior management, the risk committee, the board, and the regulator.
- Liaison with internal and external auditors for sharing of risk issues and supporting of audits where necessary.
- Providing support, education, and training to the Company’s staff to build risk awareness.
Qualifications
- Male or Female, Age between 25-40 years old.
- Bachelor’s degree in risk management, or a related field with relevant course content, would be advantageous.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in Enterprise Risk Management (ERM) in Banking, Finance, or Insurance business.
- Good command of English, both written and spoken.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
- Able to work independently and manage multiple assignments effectively.
