Responsibilities
- Review and analyze user requests to identify opportunities for integrating AI/Machine Learning to optimize non-life insurance processes.
- Create BRDs, functional specifications, and workflows, leveraging AI tools to enhance speed and accuracy.
- Collaborate with vendors and IT teams to ensure technical designs and data requirements align with AI-driven business needs.
- Lead UAT and validate system outputs—including AI model accuracy—to ensure they meet business logic and compliance.
- Manage assigned tasks to ensure deliverables meet objectives, scope, and agreed timelines.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field.
- 2–5 years as a Business Analyst, preferably in Non-Life Insurance or Fintech.
- Proficient in using Generative AI for productivity and a solid understanding of the AI development lifecycle.
- Strong knowledge of SDLC and Project Management (Agile/Scrum).
- Critical thinking, logical problem-solving, and the ability to bridge the gap between business and tech.
