Responsibilities
1. Develop strategic plans, set goals, and oversee operations in alignment with the organization’s vision and mission.
2. Assess operational risks and establish preventive measures to mitigate potential issues.
3. Monitor, control, and continuously improve operational processes to enhance efficiency.
4. Manage the supply chain and logistics systems to ensure smooth and cost-effective operations.
5. Evaluate employee performance and provide guidance, coaching, and skill development to team members.
6. Inspect and control production quality to ensure compliance with established standards.
7. Analyze operational problems and develop new systems and innovations to improve production quality and efficiency.
8. Resolve operational issues and coordinate with subordinates and relevant departments.
9. Manage and control the operations department budget effectively.
10. Analyze, summarize, and present production reports, including issues and corrective action plans, to senior management.

1. Bachelor’s degree or higher in Engineering, Business Administration, Management, or a related field.

2. At least 5 years of experience in strategic planning, project management, or industrial/operations management, including experience in a managerial or leadership role.
