Responsibilities
1. วุฒิการศึกษา ปริญญาตรีหรือปริญญาโท สาขา บริหารธุรกิจ หรือการจัดการการขายและการตลาด
2. มีประสบการณ์ด้าน การขายและการตลาดอย่างน้อย 7 ปี โดยเฉพาะในธุรกิจ อัญมณีและเครื่องประดับ (Jewelry Industry)
3. มีความเป็นผู้นำ (Leadership) สามารถคิดเชิงกลยุทธ์และตัดสินใจได้อย่างมีประสิทธิภาพ
4. มีความสามารถในการบริหาร วางแผน และพัฒนาทีมงานให้มีประสิทธิภาพสูงสุด
5. มีทักษะในการสื่อสารและการเจรจาต่อรองในระดับมืออาชีพ
6. สามารถใช้ภาษาไทยและภาษาอังกฤษได้อย่างคล่องแคล่ว (พูด อ่าน เขียน)
7. สามารถเดินทางไปต่างประเทศได้ตามความจำเป็น
8. สามารถทำงานภายใต้แรงกดดันและบรรลุเป้าหมายได้ดี
Qualifications
1. Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Business Administration or Sales & Marketing Management.
2. Minimum 7 years of experience in Sales & Marketing, preferably in the Jewelry Industry.
3. Strong leadership, strategic thinking, and decision-making skills.
4. Proven ability to manage, motivate, and develop a high-performing sales team.
5. Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
6. Fluent in both English and Thai (spoken and written).
7. Able to travel overseas as required.
8. Capable of working effectively under pressure and meeting business goals.
