เจ้าหน้าที่จัดซื้อจัดหา - บริษัท โพสโค-ไทยน๊อคซ์ จำกัด (มหาชน)

• Sourcing & Procurement: Identify, evaluate, and select reliable suppliers to ensure a steady supply of goods and services.
• Order Management: Process purchase requisitions, issue purchase orders (POs), and track deliveries to ensure timely arrival.
• Negotiation: Negotiate pricing, payment terms, and delivery schedules with vendors to maximize cost savings and operational efficiency.
• Vendor Relations: Maintain and build strong relationships with existing suppliers while proactively seeking new vendors to improve quality and reduce costs.
• Inventory Control: Monitor stock levels and coordinate with the warehouse/operations team to prevent shortages or overstocking.
• Compliance & Documentation: Ensure all procurement activities are documented accurately in the ERP system and comply with company policies.
• Market Analysis: Stay updated on market trends, price fluctuations, and supply chain risks to provide recommendations to management.
• Problem Solving: Resolve issues regarding damaged goods, incorrect shipments, or invoice discrepancies with vendors.
• Strategic Sourcing: Demonstrate initiative in researching and vetting alternative suppliers to mitigate supply chain risks and uncover cost-saving opportunities. 

• 1-2 years of experience in purchasing, procurement, or supply chain roles.
• Proficiency in ERP software
• Advanced skills in AI application, Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, etc.) is advantage.
• Strong negotiation and persuasion skills
• Good analytical and problem-solving abilities
• High level of integrity and attention to detail
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
• Initiative, positive attitude, proactive working
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or related field
