ผู้ช่วยผู้จัดการอาคาร (นิติบุคคลอาคารชุด) - City Realty Co.,Ltd.

• จัดทำงบประมาณส่วนงานเจ้าหน้าที่รักษาความปลอดภัย , งานรักษาความสะอาด ,งานดูแลรักษาสวน,งานดูแลอาคาร
• ตรวจสอบการปฏิบัติงานของ เจ้าหน้าที่รักษาความปลอดภัย , พนักงานรักษาความสะอาดและบริษัทกำจัดแมลง
• ตรวจตราพื้นที่ส่วนกลาง ให้สะอาดและเป็นระเบียบเรียบร้อย มีความปลอดภัยและสวยงาม
• จัดทำรายงานประจำวัน,ประจำสัปดาห์ และประจำเดือนของร.ป.ภ.,แม่บ้าน,คนสวน
• สรุปค่าใช้จ่ายเจ้าหน้าที่รักษาความปลอดภัย , งานรักษาความสะอาด ,งานดูแลรักษาสวน และงานเก็บขยะ ประจำเดือน
• สรุปข้อมูลผลการดำเนินงาน ปัญหาและอุปสรรคของงานในส่วนที่รับผิดชอบทุกเดือน
• จัดเตรียมสถานที่ อบรมซ้อมหนีไฟและประชุมสามัญเจ้าของร่วมประจำปี
• ปฏิบัติตามคำสั่งที่ได้รับหมอบหมายจากผู้บังคับบัญชา
  
  

1. สำเร็จการศึกษาระดับ ปริญาตรี หรือ ปริญาโท สาขาบริหารการจัดการ หรือทุกสาขา

2. มีประสบการในตำแหน่ง ผู้ช่วยผู้จัดการอาคาร  มีประสบการณ์ไม่ต่ำกว่า 2 ปี

3. พูด อ่าน เขียน ภาษาอังกฤษได้เป็นอย่างดี

4. มีความรู้ความสามารถทางด้าน Computer, Program Microsoft  Excel และสามารถใช้โปรแกรมต่างๆ
