About the Role:
We are seeking a proactive Quality Assurance Engineer to analyze customer complaints, identify root causes, and drive cross-functional CAPA actions to prevent recurrence. This role partners with Sales, Delivery, Quality Assurance, Engineering, and Operations to resolve issues, implement long-term corrective actions, and improve overall customer satisfaction. What You’ll Be Doing:
• Complaint Analysis & Resolution: Receive, triage, and analyze customer complaints; perform root cause analysis (RCA) and document findings; lead problem-solving sessions to develop effective containment and corrective actions.
• CAPA Leadership: Own the end-to-end CAPA process, including action planning, implementation, monitoring, verification, and closure; ensure CAPA effectiveness and prevent recurrence of repeat events.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Lead and coordinate with Sales, Production, Engineering, Quality Assurance, and Customer Support to ensure timely resolution and cross-functional buy-in for CAPAs.
• Documentation & Standards: Maintain clear, concise complaint records, investigation reports, CAPA plans, and effectiveness checks; update SOPs as needed to reflect improved practices.
• Customer Communication: Act as the primary liaison for customers during issue resolution; provide timely status updates and manage customer expectations.
• Continuous Improvement: Identify systemic trends from complaints, propose process or product improvements, and track impact on quality and customer experience.
• Compliance & Governance: Ensure adherence to applicable quality standards and regulatory requirements; prepare for audits and maintain readiness of complaint-handling documentation.


Qualifications

What You’ll Bring to the Role:
• Bachelor’s degree in chemistry, Printing Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
• 0–3 years’ experience in manufacturing or quality environments; new graduates are welcome.
• Willingness to learn or familiarity with quality management systems (ISO 9001, BRC, GMP/HACCP, HALAL), root cause analysis tools (8D, FMEA, 5 Whys), and basic statistics (SPC) for trend identification.
• Proficiency in MS Office; familiarity with QA/CRM/ERP systems and basic data analysis tools is a plus.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, analytical, and problem-solving abilities; strong cross-functional collaboration and project management skills.
