Production Planner - บริษัท เอ็นเอ็กซ์พี แมนูแฟคเจอริ่ง (ไทยแลนด์) จำกัด

1. Systematic order handling.

• Take care of order handling for the assigned order.
• Review and release production order via SAP.
• Monitor order due date and provide reconfirmation daily.
• Managing orders kicked out and co-ordinate with related function to solve the problem relate to the order.
• Set and control any special request relate to order handling.

2. Production planning and order fulfillment.

• Manage order scheduling and production plan for the responded order account and capacity group.
• Manage and balance loading with available capacity. Review S&OP reserved capacity against requested order.
• Co-ordinate with production team. Create a plan to fulfill each order. Manage all expedite and special request.
• Provide analysis data of production plan to Business partnership for better alignment of the whole supply chain.

3. Business Partner service and Coordinator.

• Handle order accounts separated by Business line, Production line or Type of orders. Work as the first contact channel for issue relate to order of the responded account.
• Provide necessary information to Business partners to keep the NXP supply chain running smoothly.
• Create understanding with partnership for the procedure and process of operation.
• Support partnership request and solve all related problem.

4. KPI control and improvement

• Response for managing KPI result for his/her assigned account and the KPI for the team.
• Closely monitor order and WIP status with production team to improve the performance and reduce constraint.
• Provide analysis of failure reason and action on improvement.

• Bachelor's degree in industrial Engineer, Business Administration or related field,
• 0-2 years of experience in production planning or related jobs
• Working Knowledge of MS office ERP and MES system.
