Product Development Engineer - Packaging - บริษัท แมทเทล กรุงเทพ จำกัด

• Lead the packaging development process from design through to mass production.
• Manage and control packaging costs efficiently to meet budget targets.
• Ensure packaging designs and processes meet customer requirements and comply with SOP standards.
• Develop innovative packaging structures and methods to improve product protection and efficiency.
• Ensure adherence to FEP security system policies throughout packaging processes.
• Address packaging-related concerns during production to maintain quality and efficiency.
• Support departments in complying with Quality Management System (QMS) and Environment, Safety, and Health (ESH) standards.
• Drive and participate in packaging cost reduction projects.
• Perform related job assignments as delegated by supervisors.

• Bachelor’s Degree in Packaging Engineering, Printing Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years experience in packaging product design and development.
• Good English communication, with experience in communicating with overseas team
• Strong creativity and problem-solving skills.
• Good understanding of packaging materials, methods, and cost control.
• Familiarity with QMS, EHS, and FEP security policies is an advantage.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
• Strong project management capabilities.
