Industrial Engineer – Project Coordinator (Contract 1 Year) - บริษัท แมทเทล กรุงเทพ จำกัด

• Coordinate and follow up project progress against project plans and timelines
• Support and track production process relocation activities
• Coordinate warehouse, logistics, and layout setup activities
• Update and maintain project data including progress reports, issue tracking, and action lists
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth project execution
• Support layout preparation and production area setup
• Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and operational requirements
• Prepare project reports, meeting summaries, and status updates for management
• Monitor project risks, delays, and corrective actions
• Support process improvement and operational readiness activities
• Facilitate communication between project stakeholders and operational teams

• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering or related fields
• 0–2 years of experience in Project Coordination, Manufacturing, Operations, or related fields
• Fresh graduates are welcome
• Basic knowledge of Industrial Engineering concepts (layout, process flow)
• Basic understanding of task tracking and structured project execution
• Good communication and coordination skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset
• Detail-oriented and systematic thinking
• Willingness to learn and adapt in dynamic environments
• Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
• Able to communicate in English

• Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and reporting tools
• Knowledge of Power BI is an advantage
• Familiarity with project tracking and data analysis tools
• Knowledge of Lean / 5S concepts is a plus
