Industrial Engineer – Process Engineer (Staff) - บริษัท แมทเทล กรุงเทพ จำกัด

• Support OEE system development by connecting and integrating machine data with operational systems
• Maintain and support existing OEE systems implemented within the department
• Improve manual and paper-based workflows into digital processes
• Develop digital data collection and recording systems
• Support process improvement and operational efficiency projects
• Analyze manufacturing data and identify improvement opportunities
• Coordinate with Production, Maintenance, Planning, and related teams
• Support manufacturing KPI tracking and reporting
• Assist in automation and machine connectivity initiatives
• Participate in Lean Manufacturing and Continuous Improvement projects
• Prepare technical reports, analysis, and presentations for management

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or related fields
• At least 5 years of experience in manufacturing, process improvement, automation, or related fields
• Experience in OEE systems, machine connectivity, or digital transformation projects is preferred
• Knowledge of OEE systems, process improvement, and manufacturing data analysis
• Basic understanding of automation, IoT, or machine data collection systems
• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
• Good communication and cross-functional coordination skills
• Systematic and detail-oriented mindset
• Ability to work proactively and independently
• Strong willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies
• Good command of English

• Familiar with Excel, Power BI, SQL, or related digital tools
• Knowledge of manufacturing systems and data analysis tools
• Experience with digital manufacturing systems is an advantage
• Basic programming or automation knowledge is a plus

• Experience in Lean Manufacturing or Continuous Improvement initiatives
• Understanding of Industry 4.0 or Smart Manufacturing concepts
• Experience in automation, machine connectivity, or manufacturing analytics projects
