QA Section Manager (ผู้จัดการส่วนประกันคุณภาพ) - บริษัท อลูคอน จำกัด (มหาชน)

• Develop and implement QA strategies to maintain and continuously improve product quality
• Provide coaching, guidance, and support to your team
• Conduct regular audits and inspections to identify and resolve quality issues
• Collaborate with production and logistics teams to optimize quality control processes
• Ensure compliance with all industry regulations and internal quality policies
• Analyze quality data and prepare detailed reports

• At least 10 years’ experience in Quality Assurance or Quality Control, ideally in manufacturing
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to handle complex quality challenges
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with proven leadership abilities
• Proficiency in QA software and data analysis tools
• Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry or a related field
• Strong English communication skills (spoken & written)
• Ability to thrive in a high-pressure environment
