• Oversee, plan, and direct all engineering operations, including Mechanical Maintenance, Electrical Maintenance, Utilities, Tool Room, Spare Parts Store, Improvement Projects, and Calibration activities.
• Lead, assign, and supervise daily tasks to ensure efficient workflow and compliance with engineering standards.
• Monitor and report operational performance and progress to the Engineering Department Manager.
• Coordinate effectively with relevant departments to support seamless production processes.
• Ensure all machinery, equipment, and utilities operate safely, reliably, and at optimal efficiency.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance productivity and minimize downtime.
• Report to production manager.

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechatronic Engineering, or a related field.
• 0–7 years of relevant work experience.
• Strong knowledge of engineering principles, maintenance, and technical operations.
• Proficient in English for communication and reporting purposes.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Experience in budget management and cost control.
• Demonstrated leadership abilities with the capacity to motivate and manage teams effectively.
• Strong teamwork and collaboration skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work under pressure, adapt to changing priorities, and maintain flexibility.
• Highly diligent, patient, resilient, and committed to delivering quality service.
