- Design and set compensation and benefits structure to ensure internal equity and external competitiveness.
- Develop and review compensation and rewards programs to attract and retain talent/specialist.
- Analysis remuneration survey within the market industries/related business parties to prepare annual salary structure and proposal to senior management.
- Initiate the C&B processes i.e. salary review, incentive schemes, etc.
- Manage job analysis, job evaluation and position classification.
- Set and develop all policies related to Compensations and benefits.
- Setting challenging HR goals, selling HR projects and initiatives.
- Serve as a coach and mentor for other positions in the department for contributing team member of HR Projects.
- Develop and manage HRIS and effectively utilize information generated by the system.
- Take responsibilities, and perform tasks and duties as assigned by HR Controller.
- Bachelor's Degree Public Administration or related in fields
- 3-4 years of experience in Compensation analysis
- Analytical skills require
- Advanced Excel is preferable
- Good communicate and writing in English
