Responsibilities
- Develop business processes and improvement existing business processes to support business objectives and preferable
- Knowledge in SAP RPA and related Finance & accounting program
- Evaluate business process gaps and make recommendations on improvement opportunities.
- Energetic with good judgment , problem-solving and decision
- Facilitate /consult cross-functional team to develop an improvement road map and execution plan to support the department KPI
- Train and demonstrate improvement tools ( e.g.,Business Flow process, Kaizen, 5S, Gemba walks, root cause analysis, problem-solving)to identify and develop solutions that drive operational improvement Business Flow , Kaizen.
Qualifications
- Male or Female
- Age minimum 30 Years
- Bachelor or Master' degree in business Admin/Accounting/Finance/Economics
- Work experience Minimum 5-10 years at least 3years in Analysis report, process improvement, is preferable.
- Knowledge in SAP , RPA and related Finance & Accounting program.
