Responsibilities
Responsibilities
- Compute taxes owed or overpaid using computer software to complete entries on forms, following tax form instructions and tax tables
- Prepare bookkeeping entries for individuals or corporations
- Prepare simple to complex tax returns for individuals or corporations
- Use all appropriate adjustments, deductions, and credits to minimize clients' taxes.
- Communicate with Client Service Managers/ Lawyers to obtain additional information from clients regarding taxable income, deductible expenses, and allowances.
- Review financial records, such as income statements and documentation of expenditures, to determine the forms needed for preparing tax returns.
- Provide the client with sufficient information and advice to ensure accurate tax form completion
- Consult current tax law handbooks or bulletins to determine the procedures for preparing returns.
- Check data input or verify totals on forms prepared by others to detect errors in arithmetic, data entry, or procedures.
- Work hours: (06:00 - 15:00)
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting Major only.
- New graduates are welcome!
- Good in reading, writing, and speaking English.
- Detail-oriented.
- Strong sense of personal responsibility.
- Self-motivated.
- Flexible.
- Able to work from 06:00 to 15:00.
- Interested to work in Chiang Mai Province
