คุณสมบัติพื้นฐาน

ปริญญาตรีหรือสูงกว่า

ขึ้นอยู่กับคุณสมบัติและประสบการณ์

หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

Skilled in technical trainer and softskill trainer
Conduct training need survey and prepare training need survey summary report
Conduct training courses and employee development activities both in-house and/ or external facilitators as planned and Department of Skill Development (DSD) requirement
Analyze and prepare monthly training reports
Carrying out the current and future capability assessments and develop competencies matrix across the organization
Facilitating learning intervention implementations
Monitoring how effectively learning has been transferred to employees.

คุณสมบัติ

• Education: Bachelor's Degree or higher in HRM, HRD, Psychology Organization Development, Business Administration or any related field.
• Work Experience: 1-2 years experience in E-Learning. Training and Technical Training Background

Other Qualification:

Fluent in English Writing Reading Speaking Listening
Able to operate PC and Microsoft Office
Self-motivation Enthusiastic, result-focused, imitative to new ideas. teamwork and willing to lean
Interpersonal Skills and Good Coordination
Able to work multi-tasks simultaneously and under pressure
Growth mindset and can do attitude.

Salary: Depend on Experience

Work Location: Head Office, Soi Ladprao 28, Ratchadaphisek Road, Bangkok, Thailand
