Human Resource Officer (Visa & Work Permit) - KWE-Kintetsu World Express (Thailand) Co.,Ltd.

1. Manage end-to-end process of Non-B Visa and Work Permit applications, renewals, and cancellations
2. Coordinate with government authorities such as Immigration Bureau and Department of Employment
3. Handle 90-day report submissions and ensure timely compliance
4. Prepare and review required documents for visa and work permit processing
5. Maintain and update expatriate database and records
6. Liaise with internal departments and external agencies (e.g., visa agents, embassies)
7. Provide guidance to expatriates regarding immigration rules and procedures
8. Monitor visa and work permit expiry dates and proactively manage renewals
9. Ensure compliance with Thai labor and immigration laws
10. Support audits and prepare reports related to expatriate employment

• Education:  Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
• Work Experience: Minimum 1–2 years of experience in visa & work permit processing

Qualifications:

1. Strong knowledge of Thai immigration and labor regulations
2. Good command of English (both written and spoken)
3. Strong coordination and organizational skills
4. Detail-oriented with ability to handle multiple tasks
