Job Summary:

We are seeking a hands-on and motivated R&D officer to support the administration regarding product development and sampling at our Pattaya facility. This role combines the organization and follow up of client sample preparation including the communication with the TSD sales team.

The position is suitable for profiles interested in:

·      Internal communication with the sales team and the quality team regarding new product development.

·      Organization and follow up of the sampling team

·      Administrative follow up of documentation regarding new product development.

Key Responsibilities:

·      Prepare and develop daily client samples with strong focus on speed, consistency, and presentation

·      Support scale-up from lab to factory production

·      Collaborate with sales, production, QA, and purchasing teams

·      Maintain formulations, specifications, and R&D documentation

·      Ensure compliance with food safety and export market requirements

Qualifications:

·      Bachelor’s degree.

·      1–4 years’ experience in a production environment, preferably food related

·      Hands-on, organized, and stress resistant

·      Good command of English and Microsoft Office

·      Creative mindset with interest in food decoration and innovation

·      Positive, proactive, and able to work in a small, agile company environment

Compensation & Benefits:

·      Salary range: 22,000 – 28,000 THB/month depending on experience

·      Performance-based bonus
