Responsibilities
Key Accountabilities
1.Identify process inefficiencies. Analyse current processes to pinpoint areas for improvement.
2.Propose and execute improvement projects. Create project charter to propose a new project, plan and execute approved projects.
3.Facilitates process improvement projects throughout a complete project lifecycle.
4.Collaborate with departments. Work with various teams to streamline processes and reduce costs.
5.Engage stakeholders. Communicate with key stakeholders to gain support for process changes.
6.Assist Process Excellence Senior Manager in facilitating SOP creation (or revision) and group best practices implementation (whenever needed) across business units.
7.Conduct training on process excellence methodologies and tools.
8.Monitor performance metrics. Track and analyse data to measure the success of process improvements.
9.Assist and consult process owners on problem solving.
10.Foster continuous improvement culture. Promote a culture of continuous improvement across the organization
Qualifications
Education
1. Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
2. Certification in Project Management Professional and/or Process Improvement methodologies (Six Sigma, Lean) is a plus.
Work Experience
1.Minimum of 3 years of experience in process improvement or operational excellence roles.
2.Proven experience in managing full lifecycle process improvement projects.
3.Experience in training staff on process excellence methodologies.
4.Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including proficiency in writing project reports. Proven ability to work with cross-functional teams.
5.Strong analytical skills and ability to create and monitor performance metrics.
