Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities
- Provide support and maintenance for SAP WM Module in warehouse management processes.
- Validate and maintain Master Data (Storage Bin, Storage Type, Material Master, Handling Unit, Batch).
- Coordinate with Warehouse, Logistics, Procurement, and IT teams to resolve SAP-related issues.
- Analyze and troubleshoot system issues (errors, transaction problems) in SAP WM.
- Generate stock reports and analytical data to support operations and management decision-making.
- Support UAT, roll-outs, and enhancements of SAP WM projects.
- Provide basic training and guidance to Key Users and End Users.
Qualifications
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Logistics, Business Administration, IT, or related fields.
- Minimum 1–3 years of hands-on experience with SAP WM Module.
- Strong knowledge of warehouse operations such as Receiving, Putaway, Picking, Packing, Physical Inventory, Stock Transfer.
- Understanding of integration between SAP WM and other modules such as MM, SD, and PP.
- Analytical and problem-solving skills with practical warehouse experience.
- Knowledge of SAP EWM (Extended Warehouse Management) is an advantage.
- Good command of English (able to read SAP documentation and communicate with vendors).
