Responsibilities

Job Summary  : We are seeking an experienced Business Development Associate to strengthen our BD Department. The ideal candidate will be responsible for helping the BD teams to hunt new business opportunities / customers in order to achieve the profitable and revenue growth target of the company.


Key Responsibilities:
• Research the market, identify potential business opportunities / customers, and turn the opportunities into the company’s revenue and market expansion.
• Meet or exceed KPIs and financial targets set by the company and the BD team.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers both pre-sales and after sales for long term customers’ engagement.
• Manage all critical negotiations with the customers.
• Work with customers to negotiate contracts and secure favorable terms for the company.
• Work and coordinate with the internal cross-functional teams to deliver the projects on time and to deliver customer delightful experiences.
• Use and maintain up-to-date sales and projects data through CRM software
• Prepare monthly sales report and analyze sales trends or concerned issues to direct superior.

Qualifications

Qualifications:
• At least Bachelor’s degree in Chemical or Industrial Engineering or any related field.
• Minimum of 2 years in sales and marketing for Manufacturing and Industrial experiences with a high passion for Business Development.
• Have business acumen and skills with commercial mindsets and highly analytical thinking.
• Leadership skills with high EQ, positive attitude, result-driven.
• Excellent active listening, negotiation, value selling and exceptional ability to build close relationship and maintain strong engagement with customers
• Clear communications and great collaborations across all internal (Quality assurance, Research and Development, New Product Development) and external stakeholders.
• Good command of English both writing and speaking with clear communications to the Management
• Have personal car and can start working immediately will be advantage.
