Product Designer (Draftman) - บริษัท พลาสติค และหีบห่อไทย จำกัด (มหาชน)

• Design and develop plastic packaging products based on customer requirements and production feasibility.
• Create 2D and 3D drawings using CAD software such as  SolidWorks.
• Prepare technical drawings and product specifications for mold fabrication and production.
• Coordinate closely with mold, production, and sales teams to ensure designs meet technical and commercial requirements.
• Revise and update designs based on feedback from clients and trial runs.
• Present design concepts and provide regular updates to management, including international stakeholders.
• Support engineering and NPD teams in product development initiatives.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Product Design, Mechanical Engineering, or related fields.
• 2–5 years of experience in product design, preferably in plastic packaging or mold design.
• Proficient in CAD software (SolidWorks, etc.).
• Understanding of plastic manufacturing processes such as injection molding, blow molding, or thermoforming.
• Good command of English (spoken, written, and presentation skills) — required.
• Strong attention to detail, creativity, and ability to work collaboratively across teams.
• Self-motivated and able to manage multiple design projects simultaneously.
