Responsibilities
- Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute AI transformation initiatives aligned with organizational goals.
- Identify business processes that can be improved through AI, automation, or digital solutions.
- Collaborate with stakeholders across departments to assess operational challenges and recommend AI-driven improvements.
- Coordinate with internal IT teams and external vendors regarding AI implementation projects.
- Support the adoption of Generative AI tools and AI-enabled workflows within the organization.
- Conduct user training, workshops, and awareness programs related to AI utilization.
- Monitor project performance, adoption rates, and productivity outcomes from AI initiatives.
- Establish AI governance guidelines, best practices, and compliance standards.
- Prepare reports, presentations, and strategic recommendations for management.
- Stay updated on AI trends, emerging technologies, and industry best practices.
Qualifications
- Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Human Resources, Data Analytics, Computer Science, or related fields.
- Fresh graduates are welcome.
- Internship experience in digital transformation, business operations, HR, project coordination, AI tools, or process improvement is preferred.
- Basic understanding of AI transformation workflow, automation concepts, or Generative AI applications in business environments.
- Exposure to AI-assisted workflow tools, AI agents, automation platforms, or Generative AI ecosystems such as Claude, Cowork, Cursor, Codex, n8n, Coze, Flowise, LangChain, or similar technologies is preferred.
- Strong communication and coordination skills.
- Fast learner with strong curiosity toward AI and emerging technologies.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a dynamic environment.
- Good analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
